It started with a missing plan.

HumanLytics was founded in Phoenix, Arizona, on one observation Mike McCloskey could not stop making. Every company he walked into had a detailed operations plan and almost nothing written down about the people who had to execute it.

In 2020, a survey of six hundred executives put a number on it: only twelve percent of companies aligned their people strategy to their business strategy.

The name says what we do. Data and analytics, on people. We bring the same rigor to people decisions that companies already bring to revenue, systems, and growth. Behavioral data tells you how someone is wired. Cognitive data tells you how fast they learn. Together, they tell you whether someone will thrive in a role or quietly leave it.

We are certified in the science, and we have spent decades applying it. But the tool is not the point. The point is what happens when a leader finally understands the people in front of them.

Blame is easy. Leadership is not.
