Dr. Jason E. Glenn is a respected thought leader with over 30 years of experience. His journey began in the U.S. Air Force, where he developed as a leader and mentor. After 26 years in the military, he transitioned to higher education, excelling as Dean of Students and later as Vice President of Student Affairs. Known for his visionary leadership, Dr. Glenn has significantly improved campus cultures and student lives at institutions like Bethune-Cookman University and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. As a motivational speaker, Dr. Glenn inspires diverse audiences by sharing personal experiences and practical wisdom. He encourages resilience, personal branding, and boldness, helping individuals of all ages and professions achieve their best selves. Dr. Glenn holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Northcentral University, a Master's in Management Science from Embry-Riddle, an MBA from Trident University, and a Bachelor's in Human Resources from Faulkner University. Currently, he is the President and CEO of Glenn International Leadership Force, specializing in performance enhancement, organizational culture strengthening, and leadership coaching. An active member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated, Dr. Glenn is also a proud father of four.
