Dr. Lori Wieters

Dr. Lori Wieters brings more than 25 years of executive coaching, business development, and leadership development experience. Dr. Wieters was trained in behavioral assessment in 2004 and used behavioral assessment data in her 2007 doctoral dissertation, Curbing Attrition in a Call Center: The Relationship Between the Retention of Call Center Representatives and the Use of Behavioral Assessment Hiring Tools. After the publication of her dissertation results, she assisted the dissertation site to redesign their call center to align to the inbound representative behaviors that retain, thereby increasing the overall retention. In 2010, in her own consulting practice, Dr. Wieters began working actively with clients to deploy behavioral assessment tools alongside organizational strategies as her clients grew or redesigned their businesses. Today, Dr. Wieters helps HumanLytics Team clients onboard, deploy, and measure the effectiveness of behavioral assessment tools in their businesses. She also trains, onboards, and provides sales support for new HumanLytics Team Client Success Partners. Dr. Wieters engages in executive coaching, strategic planning, and organizational development as company executives strive to align their employee life cycle strategies to their business strategies. Dr. Wieters has a Masters Degree in Management and a Ph.D. in Organization and Management and Human Resources. In her spare time, she teaches in the Masters program at Purdue Global University and in the doctoral program at Grand Canyon University.
