Kaleigh Williams

Kaleigh Williams brings 10+ years of experience as an organizational development specialist. Her specialties include human resources, talent development, business development, employee engagement, and organizational change. Ms. Williams spent most of her early career in the restaurant business, an extremely high turnover industry, which is where she gained her passion for helping organizations and leaders with strategies to retain and engage their talent. Kaleigh has spent time working in a variety of other industries as well, including financial services, educational institutions, call centers, insurance companies, non-profit organizations, and retail. In 2012, Ms. Williams took her passion for helping others and her skills in human resources and organizational development and opened a practice called HiEnergy Consulting, LLC, where she spends her time helping her clients with all aspects of the human side of their organizations. Ms. Williams was introduced to behavioral assessment when she was 18 years of age, when she was hired to help out in a behavioral assessment consultancy. In 2016, Ms. Williams joined Dr. Lori Wieters' consulting practice, where behavioral assessment was being deployed as a tool to address talent and organizational initiatives. Her client work included client retention, training and certification classes, and assessment software support and solutions. In 2018, Ms. Williams took over Dr. Wieters' assessment book of business, where she served clients for the next 18 months. In 2019, Ms. Williams left to grow her own consulting practice. She is the Director of Learning for the HumanLytics Team, where she leverages her expertise to onboard clients, deploy client solutions, and train clients through a variety of certification and development classes.
