Dr. JD Myers is a distinguished expert in transformative change, with a rich background spanning entrepreneurial ventures, military intelligence, and the defense industry. Before entering the realm of consultancy, Myers made significant strides as a small IT business owner, fostering a multi-state customer and employee base, alongside instructing senior capstone business courses at St. Scholastica College. His pivot back to active duty in the U.S. Air Force post-9/11 marked a notable shift, leading to critical roles including Operations Superintendent for the Air Force Network Warfare Center, Trainer at the Advanced Airlift Tactical Training Center, and key positions in joint intelligence analysis. His dedication earned him several prestigious awards, including Senior Non-commissioned Officer of the Year for the 22nd Air Force. With an educational foundation that includes a BA from Excelsior College and a Master of Science in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University, Myers furthered his academic pursuits with a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University. His retirement from 30 years of esteemed military service was marked by receiving the Defense Meritorious Service Medal. Currently, Dr. Myers is reigniting his consulting practice, focusing on organizational development, operational and cyber security leadership, and easing the military-to-civilian transition for service members.
