Cathryn Baker is a seasoned leader and entrepreneur with a career spanning over 35 years in the staffing industry. Cathryn's passion for connecting people with meaningful employment opportunities led her to co-found two successful Texas-based staffing companies. With her talent for team-building and sales, she fostered highly productive and motivated teams that consistently exceeded expectations. Her dedication to the industry extended beyond her businesses as she assumed the role of President of the Texas Association of Staffing, where she actively worked to elevate industry standards and advocate for the welfare of staffing professionals. Today, Cathryn Baker is the co-founder of avanzara', a coaching and consulting firm that empowers businesses and individuals to reach their full potential. Drawing upon her extensive industry knowledge and leadership experience, Cathryn guides clients towards achieving their goals, enhancing their team dynamics, and optimizing their business acceleration. Cathryn holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Minnesota. She is pursuing a Certified Professional Coach certification through iPEC's ICF accredited program and is a Certified Master Analyst in behavioral assessment. She lives with her husband on a ranch in the Texas Hill Country and is passionate about reading, hiking, cooking, traveling, and music.
