Dr. Lindsay Perez is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist who is dedicated to helping her clients reach their fullest potential across all organizational levels. Her experience includes leadership and team development and coaching, driving organizational culture change initiatives, training and curriculum development, project planning and implementation, and constructing employee selection and training procedures. With a background in research, Dr. Perez has utilized data and analysis to examine work environments and organizational structures in order to assess and improve organizational functioning and services.

Since 2015, Dr. Perez has applied Predictive Index across many organizational levels including hiring and selection, employee development, team building, succession planning, and conflict management. Additionally, Dr. Perez is skilled in facilitating difficult team conversations when communication breakdowns occur, using communication profiles to help staff understand how to best work with one another.

Dr. Perez is a PI Certified Talent Optimization Consultant and is recognized as an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist by the Society of Industrial/Organizational Psychology.

Kelly Jefferson is a Certified Life & Business Coach. She lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband and three children. In her pastime, she enjoys reading, dancing, traveling, and learning new things.

Kelly had a nearly 20-year career at the United States Department of Justice and holds numerous degrees and accolades in Criminal Justice and Psychology.

She currently trains, mentors, and certifies life coaches on how to connect with their ideal clients and the core concepts of building brands that leave a legacy.

Tara Mogan Blom is an accredited business communicator with more than 25 years’ experience in corporate and nonprofit communications. She is the CEO and founder of DGA Communications.

As a veteran communications strategist, Tara provides communication plans, assessments, consultation, and coaching, bridging a gap that exists for many organizations.

Through individual and group coaching, Tara demonstrates how to align, measure, and report communication efforts that support operational goals.

She provides tools that streamline efficiencies for a more manageable communication program, improving organizational presence and impact. Dr. Mark Stone is an experienced consultant and educator committed to supporting clients in maximizing the talents of their staff. Clients have valued his ability to uncover root causes to discover previously unrealized solutions, originating from his experience as a serial entrepreneur having founded and sold companies in the UK and US. Mark has partnered with groups across the United States to develop solutions to suit the often multi-faceted challenges and needs of organizations in the education, healthcare, technology, hospitality, recreation, and non-profit sectors.

Joining the Humanlytics Team in 2020, Mark has applied Predictive Index tools when working with partners to support short and long-term planning activity, offering subject-matter expertise concerning leadership, turnover, organizational commitment, and emerging adults (staff aged 18 to 29 years). This alongside his experience as a university instructor for adult learners in the areas of marketing, innovation, ethics, organizational development, strategic operations, and entrepreneurship allows him to balance offering practical and evidence-based advice.
